I really cannot remember whether I have taken my tablets today. Do I take now and risk having double my normal or do I not take and risk not having taken any today?

If you miss a dose then that’s fine, just remember to take it at the same time for your next dose. I would recommend you put an alarm for it. Or you can create a routine. I take it after dinner.!

Get a pill box with each day labelled.

Don't double up, especially on Sertraline. Propranolol might be ok, depending on the dosage. Certainly not if you take the 40mg ones. I would just wait till your next dose tbh. It won't do you any harm to miss one lot.

Missing one dose is fine. SSRI and SSNRI stay in the bloodstream for a while, so you shouldn't get serious withdrawal symptoms - but, as previous posters have said, set an alarm to take in the morning, get a pill box, and keep somewhere where you won't forget (e.g. in the cupboard next to the teabags.)
