I should start by saying I am under a lot of pressure and stress. Diagnosed with severe anxiety and low mood in Feb
I have self harm just now by cutting. It doesn't relieve anything it's for punishment reasons. I am a terrible person and a disgusting person... i don't deserve anything

You are not a terrible or disgusting person.

You are a person trying their very best to cope with things that are too much to cope with. Self harm is a coping mechanism. Just not one that's very good for you, the same as smoking or drinking too much or stuffing your face with chocolate when you feel bad.

Whatever your stresses are, people can help. Talking on here might be useful but talking in real life is better. Speak to your GP, mental health crisis team, friends, family, even the Samaritans let them help you take some of the pressure away so you can cope better. Needing support isn't a weakness. You wouldn't try and fix a broken leg on your own.
