I've suffered with insomnia for the past 12 years whuch stated after DS was born and although he is almost 13 I have had it since then. I have tried pretty much everything orthodox and complementary medicine. At the moment I'm trying a strict diet to improve my gut bacteria as I suffer with IBS symptoms too. I read recently that an imbalance of bacteria in your gut can cause depression/anxiety/hormone problems. Wondered if anyone else has tried a diet to help their guts which then improve other symptoms?
