Please can someone run me through what happens when you call to claim pip?
I'm so anxious I can't even think about making the call without knowing what will happen.

When you call, they just take details from you, following a script. They then send you the forms.
Once you gave the forms, there are charities and support groups out there who can help you fill them in.
