Support Network

I have a new GP and today she asked who was supporting me in my network. I have a diagnosis of complex trauma and a dissociative disorder and pretty much since one of my best friends uninvited me from their wedding for reasons I don't know, I haven't seen my "closer" circle of friends, I don't have family where I live and so I was wondering what is your support network and how did you build it when you were unwell?

Hugs, that sounds difficult. I've been lucky in having a support network and not having to build one up, but if I did have to, I think I would come on here, probably the AIBU board, as there is always someone around who is able to give good advice, or just a handhold. I know that's not really what you were asking though.
