For a few years I've suffered with dizziness on and off , and every so often I'd get a pressure headache ( bend over my head felt like it was exploding ) .

But over the last 1 year and 6 months the dizziness and the headaches has increased so much I thought it was a problem with my blood glucose as I felt better after is eaten ( had a glucose monitor ).
I've also had numerous blood tests that showed I'm fine .

I've now had a headache and nausea for months now , I'm exhausted and everything has become a struggle .
I don't have any nasal dripping it's just the crushing headache and nausea that is persisting 😢😢
( I have deviated septum, which I believe is generic )

Any advice ?

After two years of pain, antibiotics, steroid nasal sprays, someone suggested this, life changer-

I can’t edt my post, so just to add,..
It’s just saline solution gently sent up one nostril, then the other. After 3 applications it resolved all my issues, and any reoccurrence has been just a single application.

It feels unusual but not painful, if you’ve ever had ears syringed, it is similar.

Me too, with the deviated septum and the sinusitis. I've seen an ent consultant who prescribed an antibiotic nasal spray along with a steroid nasal spray and this did the trick, but it always comes back. I just use the sprays when needed for 5 days then stop to restart again when I feel ill. I've tried amoxicillin but again it comes back. I do have some other antibiotics prescribed just in case but it will come back. My gp was useless so I paid and the consultant was v helpful. Put a camera up each nostril to have a look to make sure there were no major issues. It is horrid but a case of managing it I think. It may well be genetic, my mother had the same issue. The Dr also suggested salt water irrigation.
