Hi, I've been on prozac for 4 years for anxiety/depression. I just had my second child 3 weeks ago and have been hit with my worst episode yet. I can't eat or sleep and constantly feel anxious and a bit like im not really here? ? My gp prescribed sleeping tablet and loprazamol which I hate taking but really need something to take the edge off. I used to be on paroxetine and found it much better so I'm thinking about switching but maybe this is just how I am now. I can't cope with this feeling and am wondering if the prozac can just stop working like that?
