Venlafaxine, experience and side effect

Started 75mg prolonged release 10 days ago. Have been constipated since then, is that normal?

Yes, constipation is a listed side effect for venlafaxine and the short time I was on it, it had the same effect on me too.

Don’t ever forget a dose. It will most probably be hellish, so set a reminder on your phone or have some other method of reminding yourself.
