Just feel very lonely and dont want to burden friends and family with this depression ,if anyone asks I say fine , but inside I'm screaming . my partner asks when am I going to be well again? If I knew that I would throw a party , baby still dosent sleep throught the night and wakes 4 or 5 times ,I am exhausted ,but my partner whom is ex now , dosent offer any support .I just feel like I am wingeing the whiole time ,when I have a beautiful daughter , this is so hard !!

maybe try taking st johns wort? you can buy it at a health store. you have to take it a few times a day. it really helps for me and it does not have any chemicals in it. (you can stop or start when you like)
