Feel like it every day!

Londonmamma · 16/05/2007 13:42

You need to take a nap. When you wake up,
get a piece of paper and write down the two most urgent things that need doing. Cross them off your list as you do them. Add things to the list one at a time. Break everything down into what's essential and what's not. Also, do something really nice with your DS when he wakes up - whatever you can manage that makes you feel happier.

Good luck xx

londonmamma thanks i wasnt ever really good at taking naps, always seem to go spacey, stare at things, MN is very easy to stare at and eat chocolate for energy. Nap would make more sense, but fear i have left it too late and ds be awake soon.
we'll clean together he loves following me with a baby hooover...

Sorry I didn't post again - was out all day. Hope you're feeling a bit happier?

Pinkchampagne · 17/05/2007 00:06

I feel like that a lot right now, but feel better for being able to get onto MN! (Have just moved house & had no internet, until I discovered dial up!)

artishoo · 17/05/2007 07:06

hi feel a bit better thanks guys. Work parttime and find the constant swap from work motivation to stay at home exhausting. But i think everyone does? whether they work fulltime or are a sahm. Especially if you have no family around surely...

i just asked my husband not to say 'i done it that way' again, it has made me feel extremely down. i feel im always battling against our differences. i think i work to not admit to myself that he is and should be my world. i cant even speak to my mil anymore.
Too silly to care about? its just this massive dose of pnd thats chasing me right?

that last post is a bit confusing artishoo

what was DH not to say i dont quite understand hun??

it sounds like there are a lot of things going on that are making you fed up XXXX

Lolly68 · 17/05/2007 09:43

artishoo - hope you are feeling better.

artishoo · 17/05/2007 20:04

Sorry it was confusing!!, my husband says 'i done it' and drops his 'g's. And this morning when he said 'i done it', instead of 'I did it', or' I've done it' i was so upset i was considering serving the divorce papers and walking out...
ok joking but quite close. Stopp your right i was very fed up, but i went to work today and made ONE STEP towards stopping this spiral of depression. I did some halfway decent work, the first time since February. (selfemployed, I've got no one to blame but myself if its not good enough, and if its not good I do not get paid)
I feel positive for the first time in absolutely ages, perhaps one step up from the bottom.
As for the husbands speech, that doesnt matter does it? Fortunately he is talented creatively to make up for it
thanks for checking lolly and stopp, mumsnet is great.
