They don't hold back in saying it how it is
They seem to be tag teaming me
And I've never felt so low, if it wasn't for my kids I don't know what I'd do

I have no where to turn and no one to speak to

I feel like my only option is to build myself up and make sure I'm not relaying in anyone
So I'm able to break free

BPD is a very difficult illness. I am so sorry for your situation. I have no support either but I have stopped looking for it from other people.
I have to face each problem one at a time. My extended family is useless too but I just smile and say yes yes to everything they say and then when they have gone, I do my own thing regardless. I find it’s not worth having a confrontation with them. In your own house it is different.
Are you on any anxiety medication? My adult daughter can tell if I haven’t taken it because she knows I am far more anxious -and irrationally anxious- than if I have had it. So it takes the edge off and I am not angry or confrontational most of the time.
I hope things improve for you. I can’t say much to help but I do know what you are going through.

My love, I read your other thread. Your wife is abusive and horrible, as is your mum. You absolutely need to break free of these people. Have you tried calling women's aid? They may be able to help get you away from these horrible people. Hugs
