HE;d because they cannot cope in the world, noise, crowds, bright lights etc.

She tried, we tried infant and juniors and bioth were a nightmare, If Id have known about home ed then id have done it from the 1st.

shes coping much better now.

shes 18 on paper, 6/7 mentally and learning wise.

she has a few physical traits too.

she has an annual review (which these 'educated' panel seem to think it means 4 times a year!!!) and they are buuying- yes, bullying- me into pushing Dc out into the bnig bad world she cannot cope in.

Long story, all to do with her austism, ADHD, and a number of other things.

she has limited sociallife, 3 or 4 friends- that's better than no friwends at all isn't it?

yet they keep. because they are 'experts' pushing to get her into workplaces and the like.

she has no sense of danger, and myust be accompanied and supervised at LAL times. shell never be able to live indepentandtly.

(excuse typis I'm trying totype fast, I'm so angry at these people, they never leave us alone)

they come and see her work as shes SEn and they've always been supportive and see shes doing things, very limited but doing things.

Ive tried CAB who are useless, Camhs who are worse than useless, ive told them, SS, everyone a million times about DC, Dc has medical files 50 miles high, yet they don't see it. they don't take me seriously, and we are both being intimidated, bullied and its intrusion and harassment, and I don't knowm how to take it further or who to speak to anyway.

does anye else get this from 'services'? they seem to think I'm loving this, I want Dc to be disabled and limited, and not able to live in a world she doesn't understand and that doesn't understand her and don't want to understand.

FFS.

shes 18 on paper, 6/7 mentally and learning wise.
Get all of the medical evidence you have which says that and print it off.
Put a list on the front, date, X report, by name of professional, precis of conclusions.

she has no sense of danger, and myust be accompanied and supervised at LAL times. shell never be able to live indepentandtly.
Again, if that's in a professional report, include that in the list of documents above.

Does this panel know this, are they fine for funding her 1to1 supervision at all times?

they come and see her work as shes SEn and they've always been supportive and see shes doing things, very limited but doing things.
Can you have her capabilities assessed now so the panel are not relying on older usually more hopeful information?

I know this is a minefield all on it's own, but does she have PIP? If so what have they documented as things she cannot do alone? Has she been awarded enhanced rate for both? If so, that's pretty much good evidence that it's not just you describing her conditions. Add the PIP decision to the list of documents.

I don't knowm how to take it further or who to speak to anyway

Is there a Disability Rights office in your area, if not, contact these direct and se what they can do for you.

We have had none of this "help" as dd was gifted some Premium Bonds as a child and has therefore been always seen to be above the financial threshold to qualify for anything that's means-tested, so I've not been in your shoes, rather just left alone to get on with it as best I can.

Thanks for reply.

Yes Dc has all medical evidence, they've seen it all, Ive stressed and highlited everything relevant, but they still wont have it.

She receives highest PIP, including a blue badge for disabled bays.
and our GP has listed everything she has on a general need to know letter so I'm not carrying around sheaths of paperwork everywhere.

Ive just shown their email they sent me to my best friend whos known DC all her life, and shes livid at it. She says shell have a go at them!

Thank you again, and Ill look at the links.
