Hey I've got my driving test this week but I'm really anxious
I've got severe anxiety and I'm on 100mg sertraline.

My fear is driving, my dad sadly died in a car crash so it's always on my mind. but Ive got so far with it and doing so well at it.
Any advice how to be more caper and less anxious through the week
Thank you :)

This may sound odd, but trying to fight the anxiety isn't going to work. You have to accept that you will most likely be a nervous wreck! No-one gets away with it on their test! Even people who spend their lives giving lectures to hundreds of people still fall apart on their driving test. It is kind of the law Smile

So just accept it. Remember that it isn't a once in a lifetime attempt - you can do it as many times as you need to. Yes I know it's expensive, but it's nothing compared to the costs of owning, insuring and running a car!

Don't give yourself any additional pressure. Tell as few people as possible, and try to approach it as an interesting experience, rather than the be-all and end-all.

Good luck and have fun
