I have been suffering very badly with severe anxiety since the beginning of the year, with low mood, not eating and insomnia.
When the anxiety is at its peak, I have begun to make myself sick, and last night during a very bad time I repeatedly scraped my arm with a needle until it bled. I know this is all spiralling out of control now...

Hugs. Time to go see a GP - they can help with this. In the meantime, make sure to clean up the wounds on your arm so they don't get infected. Stamping on eggboxes can be quite therapeutic if you need something to take the emotions out on, or punching pillows. Flowers

You need to speak to your GP. In the mean time, using ice cubes/ other cold things can help the urge to fade, place them behind your neck, rub on your wrists etc.
I hope you feel better soon.

First step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. Next step is seeking help.
