Anxiety at all time high

My anxiety is through the roof. Came to blows with OH and he has moved out, as per my wishes but I’m really struggling and feeling in the verge of a panic attack.

OH has been stonewalling me for sometime. It’s all gotten very out of control, I feel out of control.

Also looking after my lo but I can’t get my mind out of my problems.

Hi Mumao, sorry you're feeling so bad at the moment. I suffer the same and I can be okish for a couple of weeks then it will go through the roof.
I went on a course through self referring last year and it was hard but it helped a lot, in as much as it have me an understanding of what anxiety is and ways to control it.
The main one and easiest, which you can do now is deep, slow breathing.
In for count of four (really deep breathe) hold for four, out to seven.
Count in your head while you're doing it.
Put something funny on tv. Anything! I find old clips of Billy Conolly and play them, or Peter Kay, Michael Mcintre. Anything that is totally stupid, just try to concentrate on it.
If you feel you are tense somewhere in your body, clench it (Say hands) then hold for 5 seconds and let it go.
Hth a bit! Self refer with Healthy Minds (that's what it's called round here) and see if they can help.
Just knowing, there's loads of us trying to get by with it might help you.

Oh God! Right, I understand. Glad you're a bit better today. It's natural you would feel anxious about all that's happened, anyone would.
Just get on with everything the best you can. Concentrate on your little one, how gorgeous they are, to make you smile.
It sounds as though you might be better off without your OH.
If you need help with this, go on Relationships.
Hope you have a friend of family to help you. Flowers
