I have realised I need to see doctor, am really anxious with health anxiety..set off by dh doing decorating and the dust and have managed to get appointment on Tuesday.
I am also really to not let ocd take a hold.
Thoughts just go round in my head and I ended up taking a Valium type tablet of DH, I know I shouldn’t but I was desperate.
What is likely to happen at GP appointment I am anxious of it being on my records as am worried my daughter will be taken into care as DH has past mental health issues, although he has been fine for a long time now.

It was clonazepam, I only took about 250mg.

Hi OP

I can't give much advice so hopefully this will bump your post

As I understand it children are only removed if they are in danger and even then there should be attempts to help the family so they can stay together. I think you should be fine. There are thousands of parents with mental health issues that are still great parents so it shouldn't be a huge issue.

When I've gone to the GP about depression I have been recommended counselling but it wasn't pushed too hard and been prescribed medication.

Please don't take any more unprescribed medicine.

Be kind to yourself
