I am in a terrible state about asbestos contamination and stressing about clearing up, I did a post further down but have had no replies.
I can’t get a doctors appointment, have got one for a couple of weeks time with someone I trust and find easy to talk to.
Do you know if I can call 111 to just speak to someone?

I have copied my earlier post.

I have got into a severe state of DIY dust, worried about asbestos contamination... I have two threads on the DIY/ general heath sections and have had several replies reassuring/offering advice.
Anyway I have got severely agitated about it spent yesterday damp dusting areas/floors in other rooms and all night I have been stressing about vacuuming and spreading fibres even though dust fro diy project wasn’t hoovered up.
I have a terrible stressful last few years, dh had a major mental breakdown, he was admitted to hospital, this seriously affected dad who was 10 at time, she was later diagnosed with ptsd and has had lots of counselling and I ended up removing her from school to home educate, she is now in a much better mental state so not too worried these days about her. Last year my 16 year old was under investigation for serious health issues and as it was exam year he got depressed and he needed a lot of support from me, we got through it but his health is still not too good.
I worry particularly about the dust issue as he has mold allergy and I am terrified I have caused him some more problems.
I can’t get a gp appointment, I don’t want to take an urgent one and any normal ones aren’t for 2/3 weeks.

Call 111 or get an urgent appointment, it sounds like you might be experiencing a mental health crisis. It sounds like you’ve been really busy looking after everyone else but right now you need to prioritise making sure YOU are ok.
