Can I email Camhs?

We are currently using Camhs (well, on the year long waiting list for the treatment to start!) but its impossible to get through on the phone. I need to ask my DD's worker a question. Its quite urgent but not regarding a crisis or anything.
The stress of not being able to sort something out regarding school is making me feel sick.
The GP and the school have faxed and written but they take so long to respond to anything.

I would say yes. One of mine is under CAMHS and I contact via email as the worker may be duty worker that day (so at hospital). I found dropping an email and then when free the worker would contact me. That does rely on the worker checking emails regularly though.

Were you given the email by the MH worker or did you have to find it out yourself?

We were given it by the worker.
