Feeling lost and stuck

Hey ladies , I've started to swap my anti depressants over and my mood is beginning to drop . Feeling bit lost and nothing to work towards. Any tips that people use to with feelings as I can't always use my old strategies as being a parent it changes things . If that makes sense . Anything would be helpful please don't wanna go deeper down the hole

Get some CBT self help books.. negative thoughts cause low moods & there are very effective CBT exercises you can do to deal with these thoughts.
I'd recommend 'Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy' by Dr David Burns... he's written more books since and they're all fab, I'm always telling people about them! Blush
They've been a life changer for me, can't recommend his work highly enoughSmile
