Over tired or PND?

How can you tell if you are just really tired and depressed due to that or have PND?

have you done the Edinburgh test online?
I guess if you feel low after a good night's sleep then maybe it's time to see the GP

Just found it online...will have a go. I can't see me getting a good night sleep in a while, so that isn't going to really help.
