Anyone had any experience of a Care and Treatment Review? Seems like a great idea but struggling to find anyone else's experiences only official NHS stuff which is making me a little nervous.
As I understand it, the aim is to keep people with learning disabilities and autism out of the mental health hospital system, which seems great but want to know a bit more.
