I personal have suffered from poor mental health for under a year, so I'm new to this.
I used to hide the fact I have 'down days' and unpleasant thoughts, but I've learn to write down my feelings which come out automatically with out me even thinking.
Yesterday was a bad day throw in the fact I've been 'dumped' by a lad I was seeing who also suffers from poor mental health.
Advice will be greatly received xxx
