Anxiety and returning to work

Hi everyone, just looking for some advice.
I am due to return to work in a few weeks, and really don't want to.
Of course no one really wants to work so it sounds stupid, but since having my baby boy I have been suffering from postpartum anxiety, with huge, constant worries about all sorts of things. So the idea of leaving my baby to go to work is so unsettling for me at the moment. Anyone else been in the same boat and got any positive feedback?

The important thing is not to let your anxiety control what you do but do what you really want to while managing your anxiety. Would you want to return if you weren't suffering anxiety? Or do you want to stay with your baby longer as you are enjoying looking after him full time. Think what you would prefer do if the anxiety wasn't a problem. Then work out how to manage your anxiety while doing that.
