How can I be mentally stronger?

Recently I've been feeling very mentally weak. I'm very anxious and worry a lot. I've had a lot of negative thoughts running through my head, more than usual. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I can feel mentally stronger and not worry so much.

If you can, I think it’s always worth seeing a professional - a psychologist or counsellor.

In the meantime, what do you do already? How much time outdoors do you have? Do you exercise? These two things probably help me the most.

The ‘five ways to wellbeing’ is pretty useful as a general method for living. Includes things like being part of your community/a group, and being present in a moment (ie, not rushing off ahead with worries).

Do you know what’s made you feel more worried than usual at the moment?
