Ok so its my first post here. I have suffered from HA for around 10 years, had it pretty much under control lately, or so I thought. The past couple of days have been a bot stressful with my poorly 1 year old. She's had a viral infection and been in and out of gps and A+E. Anyways, she seems much better now. I just came upstairs to put some string lights up in my girls rooms, gp downstairs to finish dinner and I notice a rash on the inside of my elbow. Kind of looks like stretch marks , doesn't fade o(or as far as I can tell) under glass. Have marked around it with a pen and it doesn't seem to have spread over the past hour or so. My arm aches but I put it all down to hammering nails into my daughters wall. I think its calming down but its like I'm at a point of no return of panic 😞 otherwise I feel well, little tired from the stress of the last few days with my baby. Would have thought I it was anything major serious I would be really ill??
