It took 6 months for mine to completely go away, the first 2 weeks were the hardest for me. Try to take it easy whole you're still adjusting

EskiVodkaCranberry · 10/01/2018 17:55

I'm not sure if you're going to 'up' the dose or not but my symptoms went away once id increased the mg.
It will get better. Some people don't get any symptoms so you've had rotten luck, I feel rough for a week and then got better bit by bit. You've done the hardest bit now! Home straight! Thanks

My side affects after about 3 weeks. I remember just before this experiencing the most terrible anxiety and then it levelled out. Be kind to yourself. It will get better x

I am currently 3.5 weeks in to a 50mg dose. I had really bad fatigue, couldn't keep my eyes open. It stopped about 10 days ago and it's been a massive improvement since then.

Keep going, it's worth it Thanks

I take mine at night so don't experience that I'm afraid.

Fairydust26 · 14/01/2018 19:57

I second taking it at night to sleep through most of the side effects, Hang in there they do fade hope you start to feel the benefits of it soon.

Suzyp98 · 14/01/2018 20:14

Thanks Fairydust i did toy with the idea of taking it at night but im not sleeping well so im not sure it would make that much diff il just battle on they are fading slightly x

I think it depends on the person I know a lot of people can’t take it at night as it keeps them awake however it had the opposite effect on me it would make me so sleepy when I first started but that eventually wore off. Glad it’s starting to fade abit hope it works for you!😊x

Suzyp98 · 14/01/2018 20:35

Yes its had the complete opposite effect on me and my brain is wide awake plus im still fairly anxious so its on red alert too today has been a little better 😊 x
