Light boxes/ daylight alarm clocks ......any recommendations?

My daughter is quite depressed at the moment and someone suggested a daylight alarm clock or light box, does anyone have any experience of these or could recommend one. Thanks

I haven't used a light box but have used a Lumie bodyclock for years and love them. www.lumie.com/collections/all
