Setraline-working?

I'm on day 5 of 50mg Setraline. First 3 days were wonderful- bit of brain fog which helped me gather my thoughts and calmed the anxiety- bit of nausea but ok. On day 5 now and feel back to how I was a few days ago. No sickness, anxiety hitting again.
I know they take a few weeks to work, but I seemed to feel different. I'm guessing just a placebo effect :(
Will I actually feel a benefit? Just feel like I'm getting more and more worked up!

Don't worry - they do indeed take a few weeks to work. You can always see your GP again if you don't feel they've done anything after a few weeks, but don't worry just yet - give them time to kick in Flowers

I had the exact same experience, first 3 days were good and I thought I was cured! Then a few bad days, then a few good. I'm on day 15 now and it's really starting to work I think. Hang in there X
