Which ones are safe? I've heard that they can affect fertility, but are there some that don't cause this side effect?

It depends what you mean by 'safe'. There are none that have been specifically tested on pregnant women as that would be unethical so can never be done. But there are plenty that are taken by pregnant women with low risk profiles associated with them.

I was taking 75mg venlafaxine whilst I was ttc as I just hadn't gotten a 'good' time to come off them yet. I got my BFP sooner than I expected and it's taken me about since I got it to wean off it, took my last tablet a few days ago and I'm 13 weeks pregnant. None of the healthcare staff treating me have been particularly concerned about this.

The best person to speak to about it is your GP.

Fluoxetine was deemed safe for me until 3rd trimester whereby I swapped to Sertraline which is breastfeeding safe
