Hi. I suffer with really bad anxiety attacks. It's like heightened senses, racing thoughts and a truly awful uncomfortable feeling. I had one yesterday, I went to visit my kids and my anxiety attack started as soon as I got on the bus at 11am and lasted all the way through till about 7pm [sad] I felt truly awful [sad] I'm not on any medication for a few reasons (it's complicated) so I need to find a way to manage my anxiety naturally. Does anyone have any tips on how I can calm down during an anxiety attack? I get them about every three days and they last for about six to seven hours [sad] I really want to be free from anxiety.
