Feeling teary

Not sure if this should be in here but I'm just feeling really teary and down. It's coming up to the 2 year anniversary of my sisters death. Although she was a massive pain in the arse she was my sister and I love and miss her dearly x

I feel like that sometimes. I think it's normal. Especially after a bereavement you learn to carry on with life as best you can, but every now and again it all sneaks up on you.

Is there anything you can do to mark the occasion/remember her?

It's totally OK to feel teary and down, and two years isn't a long time when it comes to bereavement.

I'm sorry for the loss of your sister, (who kept you on your toes by the sound of it!).
I agree two years isn't long and you probably have little reminders of her all year round, but the anniversary and events like Christmas or her birthday magnify everything. Can you talk about this to those closest to you?

Be kind to yourself Flowers.
