I've just been moved to a higher dose of lofepramine 70mg four times a day. Since starting it I've had the most horrific and disturbing nightmares. Has anyone else experienced this? It's really getting to me. They are supposed to be treating ocd intrusive thoughts but when I'm asleep they all come flooding in. Just after anyone else's experience. Thanks.
