I don't know. I've had threads kept up when I've needed a hand-hold whilst going through plastic surgery to repair stuff.

I would hazard a guess that anything talking about thoughts and urges would be kept up, likewise anything dealing with sorting out the aftermath. However things detailing specific methods shouldn't be allowed. I'd also assume that anything stating 'I am about to do XYZ' wouldn't stay up.

Why the interest fake?

I'm baffled by the policy with anything to do with mh these days after athread where a mnetter said I feel suicidal but I want to live talk to me was deleted.

I pmed the hqer about it but no response.

So heaven knows about self harm.

I just wasn’t sure how much could be said.
