Both my children are now home. One came home early after an exam. The youngest contacted DH who was crisis numbers stored in his phone. He contacted them, and someone from the crisis/assessment or home treatment team will visit me tomorrow. Both children will be with me tomorrow as it is their day off college.

New medications usually trigger suicide attempts, but not so quickly and intensely as this med. I am due another soon but am not taking it until after I speak to the team tomorrow.

Can I thank all the mn's who contacted me via pm. (You know who you are). I am still shaky, having suicidal thoughts, but not actively ready to attempt like I was this morning. Having my children here, just looking at them, young adults. Thank you

Just take it one minute at a time.

So glad you have your family around you until someone can see you tomorrow.

Cosy up on the sofa with a nice blanket and something on the tv for background noise and some nice hot tea. If you can manage then maybe a favourite funny film to watch with your boys?

Thank you both for the support today. My brain feels weirdly overloaded at the moment and it is taking a lot of concentraton to get past the fog.
