Sciatica

[Sciaticapain]

My back has gone. The pain is horrendous and down my left leg.

Have to ring gp at 8 for an appointment what Can I do in the meantime ?

I have transmission paracetamol and ibuprofen and I have a hot water bottle

Reflexology cured my sciatica straight away!

My physio said to use cold not heat - have you got an ice pack ?

Also,do you have any co codamol ?

A really good acupuncturist/ physio who knows about nerve pain. I didn’t find painkillers worked only back massage and acupuncture. I think Gabapentin is the only one that can touch nerve pain. I suffered terribly with this on and off so I really sympathise.
