Do I need to change my AD

I’m on day 19 of my upped dose on serta. Taking 2x Sertra.
I feel horrible. Very overwhelmed.

Is this normal?

I’m taking Xanax 1mg to help with it. But I did so much better on the 50mg and wondering if I shouldn’t go back? I can only see my psych next week.
