Ways to tackle anxiety?

Just looking at ways other people calm themselves when anxious or just remain calm in general?

I’m very bad at getting myself worked up over little things and want to tackle it! This is one thing that gets me down about myself, I want to be the best version of myself without any anxiety holding me down. I feel like that’s the reason why sometimes I feel exhausted and unmotivated.
