Depression and work colleague

So apparently I have to simply learn to ignore a work colleague who regularly bosses me about (he's not my superior), who gets angry at me for perceived wrong doing (his perception not mine)......because he can't help it (apparently). I've put up with it for quite some time and my boss won't do anything because I need to learn to ignore him, even though I am under a great deal of personel stress and his behaviour is adding to it.
