Has anyone done this? Was it effective? Is it daunting doing it in a group setting?

I just started group therapy for anxiety and was nervous etc. But next week i would be my third week out of a eight week course and got to say its great. Everyone is friendly and caring. Therapist's are great. Once you get in there you will be fine and in a supportive environment.

It didn't work for me. Doesn't mean it won't work for you though.

I did it a long time ago. It was daunting at first but actually it was really helpful. Everyone was so supportive and very open. And it really helps that other people understand what you're going through. I would do it again given the opportunity.
