Hiya, first day of taking Propranolol for unbearable physical symptoms of anxiety. Have taken it before for two separate issues - hypertension and anxiety. Doctor prescribed me 40mg at one a day but said I could take up to 3 a day. Have taken 3 today as just wanted the jittering and shaking to stop. Approaching bedtime now - can I take Kalms with Propranolol? The leaflet says not to take Kalms if taking any other medication for anxiety or sleep problems. In all honesty, chest and shoulders feel weighed down like a brick already. Also horrible headache in my eye and feeling sick 😕
