Doctors appointment

I have finally plucked up the gumption to make a Drs appointment. 4:45pm. I'm literally shaking, and my heart is pounding.

My slide into something bad mentally. No idea what that something actually is, but I am not ok.

I haven't told anyone, not even husband. Will see what the doctor says. I have to go out in a few hours to a stressful situation. Wish I didn't.
