Honestly, they act as if it's all a secret cover-up! Is it? 
They continue to refuse to provide me with any treatment, despite contact with the crisis team always ending with them saying I seem a good candidate for therapy and it seems to be what I need... they say this in a baffled manner and encourage me to see my GP to be referred yet again to the CMHT for assessment. At the assessment, the CMHT say no but really vaguely. Say it is "unsuitable". I have been to PALS, who were very nice and seemed to understand why this is so difficult, but have just got a letter from them saying they have asked the CMHT for clarity (and other issues with assessment) and been told that the letter the CMHT sent me explains everything. This is the vague letter that explains nothing and contains a couple of errors, which is why I contacted PALS in the first place.
I've even been to my MP and was advised to go to GP and PALS.
Trying not to cry, how am I supposed to get better?
