God, stress or what, I don't know which way to turn, what to do or what

1. One friend diagnosed with grade 3 brain cancer on thurs.
2. Another friend heavily pregnant but having health problems, was rushed to hosp other day
3. Let another friendship slide and she is being a tit, not returning my house key etc.
4. Married to an inconsiderate arse

And NOW just been told that a mate has been called up and leaves for Afghanistan tomorrow.

W.T.F. Next, I'm a wreck as it is, psoriasis sprouting everywhere as it is.
