Hi there anyone experiencing there cpn leaving after years of working with you..mine left only weeks ago.i v only just met my new one who’s so nice and good at the job..iv been having horrible thoughts going round in my head on self harm.its something I used to do but managed somehow to stop.i go on self destruct it’s like my secret yet coping techniques.i feel I want to share so much with this new cpn yet on the other hand I want to keep what’s in my head mine and only mine..I also worry if I was to be openly honest I may very well end up in a hospital..although my nurse did say they’d support keeping patients out of hospital if possible.i can’t ever see myself been diffrent.its like living with a terminal illness.just everyday waiting to die.dose anyone else have these feelings
