Which one would you like, I've got a few!

When I was at uni I suffered severely from depression, I spent 20+ hours a day in bed and prayed to die every night. My tutor put me in touch with a councellor who was brilliant. I eventually started on ADs and became suicidal. I got through with the help of the councellor and gradually got better and got on with life.

Life was good for 10 years until life got difficult and depression hit again, this time I got on ADs and started councelling straight away and didn't sink nearly as low.

Then last year I developed PTSD. At first I thought it was depression and got help from my GP and councellor straight away, but things just got worse. This time I was suffering with anxiety, pannic attacks , flashbacks and urges to self harm. My concentration and memory were non existent, I got suck in my kitchen one night and couldn't work out how to get out, I couldn't even remember how to make a cup of tea! I swapped to a different AD which helped a bit and my councellor refered me to a psychologist. Unfortunately he made me feel 100x worse, eventually I saw an nlp ( neurolinguistic programming ) therapist privately who cured my PTSD symptoms in 2 sessions. Over the next few months I returned to work and I have made a good recovery I'm pretty much back to normal now.
