Sertraline while pregnant?

I'm not pregnant at the moment but I do take 100mg Sertraline and trying to conceive, has anyone else taken Sertraline while pregnant? What did your doctor say?

I've just been prescribed sertraline by my psychiatrist and she knows that we're TTC. She said she prescribed that one because it was safe during pregnancy.
