Hi all, I am an enthusiastic runner and qualified therapist. I started running years ago to improve my own mental health and would love to share the benefits with others.
I would like to suggest a midweek run, in St Albans, during the school day. Pace and distance can be adjusted depending on who shows up, there are loads of local routes. This may grow into a branch of my coaching business, but is a free pilot version for now.
Will always make time for tea and cake afterwards!
