Aspartame withdrawal

I've been off Diet Coke for 4 days now and anxiety has hit 😩 Anyone else experience this?

When my DB gave up Coca-Cola he went through some sort of withdrawal! He felt better after a week.

Isn't it just caffeine withdrawal?
It will only last a few more days.

Thanx for reply, yeh was lukin it up apparently it's normal cumin off aspartame 😩 I was drinking bout 8 tins a day for years and sweetners in coffee, I'm hoping it dosnt last long, awful feeling😩
