CBT reading material or anything to help with anxiety

Just looking for some recommendations
I know I suffer with anxiety and I know when I'm acting out because of this (little patience with dc, snapping, worrying about everything and anything etc)
Can't actually attend any counselling/CBT type sessions as I don't have any childcare and youngest is not at school yet so anything to read (don't mind app suggestions but would prefer not as I'm trying to cut phone usage)

One of the things I have found helps anxiety best is Mindfulness. I think you should be able to access it quite easily even without attending a course. Look it up on Ted Talks, and just a general Google.
It really helped me, and I've tried lots of things.
Good luck with it op x

I second the mindfulness, there's some free downloads here

The book by Danny Penman is worth a read, available on amazon or ask in your local library for books on the subject.
