Struggling a lot with anxiety since having DD 12 months ago. I can worry and worry about something for weeks hardly sleeping or eating. I'll then get over it and think im ok then it turns to something else and im back to worrying and over thinking.
I need help quite urgently.
Been to GP about 6 months ago and didn't want medication as I was breastfeeding. Have now stopped breastfeeding. Gp gave me an online course to do based on cbt but with a small baby I struggled to do it.
Wondering if theres anything I can take which is more natural ( like st John's) before going back to GP.
